📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on restaurant performance to the Restaurant Manager.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
