Resto Lestari Digital is seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our restaurant sites, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of restaurant equipment and systems.,Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of restaurant sites to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address any technical issues promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance restaurant efficiency and customer experience.,Provide technical support to restaurant staff and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of restaurant equipment and systems, including POS, kitchen displays, and HVAC systems.,Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the restaurant industry.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
