📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the commis kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Plan and organize daily food production schedules to meet restaurant demand.,Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene in the kitchen.,Train and develop commis chefs and kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to support the kitchen operations.,Collaborate with the head chef and other culinary staff to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen management strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven leadership and management skills with a strong ability to mentor and train staff.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, with a focus on local flavors and ingredients.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO certifications.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant culinary certifications.
