📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.,Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.,Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage marketing budgets and forecasts.,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and teams.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
