📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.,Create and optimize website content to align with SEO best practices and target keywords.,Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO goals are integrated into overall marketing strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.,Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on SEO performance and opportunities.,Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure they develop their SEO skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.,Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.,Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
