📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Organize and participate in promotional activities and sales events.,Monitor shop performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven leadership and team management experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
