Marketplace Coordinator - E-Commerce & Digital Growth

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online marketplace platforms, ensuring that our products are visible and accessible to a wide audience.

As a Marketplace Coordinator at Umara Multi Bisnis Bandung, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive traffic to our online stores. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our product listings to ensure they meet the standards of the various marketplace platforms we operate on. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on various marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketplace-specific tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
