📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training requirements and develop learning solutions.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and training.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone to manage and track training programs.
• Partner with HR to ensure compliance with training and development policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development and training, with a focus on employee development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone).
• Certification in organizational development or training (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, ATD) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
