📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on rail infrastructure.,Oversee and manage rail projects from inception to completion.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Perform inspections and assessments to identify and address maintenance needs.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.,Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Rail Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in rail engineering and maintenance.,Proven experience in project management, preferably in the rail sector.,Strong knowledge of rail infrastructure and maintenance practices.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience with rail vehicles.,Certifications in rail safety and maintenance are a plus.,Experience with project management software and tools.
