📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for staff and patients.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff and patients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in education and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the overall goals and objectives of the hospital.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to staff and patients.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or training in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or license.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
