📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing office administrative tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Assisting with the preparation and distribution of company documents and correspondence.,Handling office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and available when needed.,Providing support to the team with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.,Maintaining the office calendar and ensuring all appointments and events are properly recorded.,Assisting with the organization and coordination of office events and activities.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
