📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, laptops, and peripherals.,Assist in the resolution of network and internet connectivity issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software applications and systems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Document and maintain IT-related information and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of network protocols and security concepts.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
