📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as needed.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assisting in marketing and promotional activities.,Conducting regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.,Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly sales reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
