📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the hospital's dietary guidelines and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently to meet meal preparation deadlines and ensure meals are served on time.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Supervise and train junior staff in meal preparation and kitchen maintenance.,Ensure all meals are prepared and served in a hygienic and appealing manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of hospital dietary guidelines and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.,Good communication and teamwork skills.
