📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Support the sales team in executing sales campaigns and strategies, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Create and manage social media content, including posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Assist in the management of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Attend and participate in industry events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not required.
