Berkah Oka Spareparts is seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet. This role is based in Ubud, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Oversee the fueling and servicing of vehicles, monitoring fuel consumption and costs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Track and manage vehicle insurance, registration, and other legal documents.,Organize and manage vehicle repairs and replacements as needed.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
