📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations.,Ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and maintain food cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
