📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to understand departmental needs and ensure the right talent is hired.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process.,Support the HR team in the administration of payroll and other HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
