📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, including material handling, quality control, and process optimization.,Support the production team in meeting production targets and quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production schedules, material usage, and quality control reports.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the training and development of new production staff.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or similar).,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
