Bay Pro Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounting Staff to join our team in Blora. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
