📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Develop and implement account management strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-ups.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and growth.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and goals.,Identify and address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
