📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
