📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling products effectively.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion.,Organize and participate in sales events, promotions, and displays to attract customers.,Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to potential customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
