COL Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting and credit control processes. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as managing our credit control processes to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the company.,Oversee the credit control process to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debts.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Work with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain and update financial systems and software to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.,Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and credit control.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using financial software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
