📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, caterers, and other service providers.,Ensure the banquet venue is prepared according to the event requirements and standards.,Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event.,Manage event logistics, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and timelines.,Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the event and work to resolve them promptly.,Prepare and present event reports, including feedback from guests and any necessary adjustments for future events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
