📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
