📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and operation of the dental clinic facilities.,Ensure the clinic is fully operational and meets all health and safety standards.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and upgrades.,Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise in the clinic.,Conduct regular inspections of the clinic facilities to ensure they are in good condition.,Maintain and update facility documentation and records.,Work with the clinic management to plan and implement facility improvements.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and operation.,Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Familiarity with building codes and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
