As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all workers on site, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining a safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety of all workers on site by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards,Provide training and education to workers on safety procedures and best practices,Investigate and report accidents and near-misses, and work with the project team to implement corrective actions,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation,Work closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that safety is a priority in all aspects of the project,Promote a strong safety culture and encourage workers to speak up about safety concerns,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey safety information to workers at all levels,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve common goals,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations,Valid certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field,Familiarity with construction safety best practices and procedures
