Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company needs and candidate qualifications,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills🛠️ Keahlian
