📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable growth strategies that align with global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
• Lead projects using ArcGIS and SAP Sustainability Performance Management to analyze environmental data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that reduce carbon footprints and enhance resource efficiency.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to ensure that sustainability initiatives meet and exceed expectations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of sustainability projects, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainability and innovation, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
• Work closely with local communities to develop and implement initiatives that empower and benefit local populations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sustainability and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, project management, or a related field.
• Certifications in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or similar sustainability frameworks are a plus.
• Proficient in using ArcGIS and SAP Sustainability Performance Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with local regulations and best practices in Bangka Belitung is a significant advantage.
