📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor budget performance and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure timely submission.
• Provide financial advice and support to department heads on budgeting and financial planning.
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
